InWine Sports Rink Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all patrons, the following rules must be adhered to at all times while using the rink:

🛑 Prohibited Actions

• No eating or drinking on the court/rink.

• No sharp objects or rough-edged sticks are allowed on the rink.

• Do not remove any InWine property from the rink or its facilities.

• No fighting, roughhousing, or aggressive behavior will be tolerated.

👟 Equipment & Footwear Regulations

• Only rubber-bonded wheels are permitted on the rink.

• Only non-marking sole shoes are allowed on the rink to protect the playing surface.

🤝 Expected Behavior

• Always display good sportsmanship and treat fellow patrons with respect and consideration.

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude on and off the rink.

• Follow all instructions given by InWine staff and rink officials.

📋 Venue Hire & Private Functions

• If you are hosting a function or hiring the venue, both you and your guests are fully bound by this Code of Conduct, the Facility Disclaimer, and the Terms and Conditions of InWine Sports Rink.

• It is the sole responsibility of the person renting the facility to ensure that all guests comply with these policies.

✍️ Waiver Requirement

• No person may participate in any form of activity within the facility unless they have first signed the official InWine Facility Waiver.

• The waiver is a mandatory requirement for all individuals engaging in rink-related or physical activities.

⚖️ Use of Facility & Indemnity

• By entering and/or using the InWine Sports Rink and its facilities, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct, all Terms and Conditions, and the Facility Disclaimer.

• You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the landlord, InWine, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, including but not limited to, injury, loss, damage, or death arising from the use of the facility or participation in any activities therein.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the premises and/or suspension of access to the facility.
